Do you guarantee your distribution?
Yes, 95% of it. What we mean by 95% is that there is a possibility that there will be an occasional missed street or cul-de-sac when we are out in the field. Rest assured all of your advertisements and materials will be distributed. We make every effort to cover every street in your targeted area. The industry standard allows for a 5% margin of error. We also encourage you to come out on the days of delivery and see the distribution for yourself.
Is there anything that can affect a distribution?
Several things can present issues during a distribution but these elements are factors that are out of our control. Some of these include: difficult or dangerous terrain, hostile animals, wind, rain, snow and other hazardous weather conditions and vehicle breakdowns. The safety of our Delivery Team is very important to us.
How does your pricing compare to Canada Post or the Local Newspaper?
Our pricing is very competitive. Canada Post charges 17 Cents per flyer plus additional charges for transportation to each distribution centre, size and weight. They also do not provide any door hanger delivery of any kind. The local newspaper is cheaper at about 6 cents per flyer for stuffing you in a stack with hundreds of ads. So the most important issue is the lack of exposure. Although the pieces might get delivered accurately, due to the large volume of other flyers and promotions your flyer simply gets lost in the shuffle. No matter how little you pay for your distribution, if it never gets seen, you have no chance of getting new customers.
How many pieces can you deliver?
We can deliver from 5,000 to 200,000 pieces.
How fast can I get my printed materials delivered?
Depending on the requested distribution location, usually it can be delivered as soon as within 7 business days.
Do you hire illegals or people off the street to do my deliveries?
No. Carriers are pre-screened and trained.
What are your payment terms?
We accept cash, credit card or eTransfer. Full payment is picked up at the same time you place your order. Appropriate paperwork including an invoice will be provided.
Is there someone I can contact if there is a concern on the day of delivery?
Yes. You will be provided with the phone number of our office, who will contact the delivery manager on duty.
If I have my own printed materials, will you deliver them?
Yes, we specialize in handling all of your printed materials.
What type of response should I expect from my delivery campaign?
We promise to deliver your message to your customers’ home. Customer response, however, is determined by your message. A great message with a great offer will bring more customers to your door.
I don’t have any experience creating door hangers or flyers?
This is a common and sometimes keeps small businesses from marketing their products or services. You do not have to be an expert. That is our job. Is there a minimum for Flyer or Door Hangers Delivery?
Yes we do have a minimum please visit our Rates page. Usually the smallest number of flyers or door hangers we will distribute is 5,000 in The Greater Ottawa Area.
How do you verify delivery of my ad?
1. LIVE BROADCAST: From the distribution manager, you will receive text messages throughout the days of distribution (including weekends). Text messages will display names of bordering streets of the completed areas of distribution
2. BY EMAIL, you will receive a confirmation of distribution including maps of the area covered
3. TRIPPLE CHECK: Distribution is monitored by our Distribution Manager and verified by our Customer Care Manager. You can triple check by following the live broadcast and make random checks at any time.
What if I am not happy with the results?
Flyer advertising has proven to be very successful for many companies. However, we cannot guarantee that it will work for each and every business. Advertising is an investment and each business owner or manager has to make their best decisions on what will work for their particular business. If our product is tried and the results are not deemed as successful, we will work with that client and try and determine if there was a flaw in message and what could be done different to get the results. We can also work around your needs for different areas and pick the ones that suit you best • Don’t Be Fooled • Be wary of inordinately low rates! There are inherent costs surrounding reliable and credible distribution services. The logistics of the distribution process are very time consuming and take a considerable amount of manpower to be completed properly. • Ask questions if the quote you receive is very low. • Ask for referrals or ask to speak to a current customer. How many people do you have delivering the flyers?
It depends on the size of the order. Teams consists of 4 crew members plus a supervisor or distribution manager. We deliver all year around.
Do you provide the printing?
Yes. We print door hangers, postcards, brochures, flyers, and more. If you do not have printed material, provide us the dimensions and we will look after the entire job from creating the design, printing and delivery.
Why Door Hangers cost more?
Be assured, your door hanger is the only door hanger placed on each door. It is exclusive to you making your order a premium service. Also, delivering door hangers slows down the delivery process as each piece is carefully placed on the door knob.
Why should I deliver with you instead of Canada Post, Local News Papers, or other flyer delivery services?
